In the recently concluded Asian Business Awards renowned business figures celebrated their immense contribution to the UK economy. The prestigious event is now in its 17th year.
The Asian Business award, an annual event, is hosted by the Asian Media and Marketing Group - the publishers of the Eastern Eye and the Garavi Gujarat news weekly.
In front of those present, the host also unveiled the 2017 Asian rich list - an honorary compilation - of the 101 wealthiest Asians in Britain.
The event was attended by Muslim mayor, Sadiq Khan, was the chief guest at the event and he paid tribute to hardworking Asian entrepreneurs.
Another one of the most prestigious awards handed out at the event was the food and drink business award, supported by Sun Mark Limited, which went rightfully to the Amira Group.
